- Non-financial and grant contributions available
- Maximum aid rate: 50% of eligible expenses
- Maximum per enterprise per year: $250,000
- Minimum expenditure: $25,000
- Mandatory private contribution: 25% of total project cost
- Cumulative government assistance: Cannot exceed 85% of eligible expenses
- Eligible Entities: For-profit businesses, social economy enterprises, cooperatives, and non-profits with annual revenues below $100 million
